I make Bhatmas Sadeko (Recipe Here) at least once a week. I love it so much and is my favorite food! I also made Gundruk and Bhatmas Sadeko (Recipe Here) and my first try came out be really good and was well appreciated by my readers. So, keeping in mind, the popularity of our popular Nepali snacks, today I decided to go little bit beyond the comfort zone and make Badam Sadeko. Just like Bhatmas Sadeko, it is super easy to prepare and requires similar ingredients. Shrimp probably is my favorite in fish. I love it in salads and wraps. Most of the time, I boil shrimp and simply mix it with other greens and make a salad. But today I wanted to try something different and therefore decided to make Shrimp curry. As I was playing with different spices, I ended up using coconut milk and the combination of everything came out to be Shrimp Coconut Curry. I was extremely pleased by the results since it was my first time making curry of shrimp and I had never even tried something like this before. Posting recipes has definitely enhanced my cooking skills day by day.
