Chicken Roast!!

Every once in a while, I crave for Nepali style chicken roast; especially the ones they carry in Nepali wedding. Ah i miss home :(. Since, I do not get to attend as many Nepali weddings here in the United States and also so far none has served my beloved Chicken Roast, I had to learn it by my own. Thank you mamu for the recipe and of course thank you Skype >:D< You can learn it too and enjoy this crispy delicacy. Also, click here for Nepali Style Chicken Curry recipe.
