- Leftover Momos (8-10)
- Chicken Broth (5 cups)
- Scallion (4-6 strands, finely chopped)
- Onion (1 medium sized finely chopped)
- Cilantro (1/2 cup, finely chopped)
- Ginger-Garlic paste (1/2 table spoon)
- Ginger-Garlic (finely sliced, 1 table spoon garlic and 1 table spoon ginger)
- Schezwan Pepper (timur powder)(3 tea spoons)
- Butter/Ghee (2 table spoons)
- Carrots (1, finely sliced)
- Sriracha Hot Sauce (1 table spoons)
- Salt (according to taste)
- Cumin-Coriander Powder (1 table spoon)
- Spaghetti (2 cups, boiled)
- Lime Juice (3 table spoons)
Directions:
- Heat butter/ghee in a deep dish and once butter is heated add ginger-garlic paste, salt, cumin-coriander powder and schezwan pepper. Stir and add chicken broth.
- Let broth boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add momos and all of the remaining ingredients except Spaghetti. Cover and wait for 5 minutes before serving. Also, make sure to save little bit of vegetables for garnishing later.
- To serve, place Spaghetti first and add soup afterwards, garnish with remaining cilantro, scallion, carrot and garlic slices.
