The Very Berry Smoothie :)

I have changed my breakfast menu and it's been couple of weeks since I have started drinking this smoothie. It is perfect for morning time since it requires no effort and is super healthy. Another healthy recipe that tastes super good :) Also, try my Creamy Spinach-Avocado Recipe.

Things you will need:
  • Strawberries (1 cup)
  • Blueberries (1 cup)
  • Yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • Any kind of fruit juice (1/2 cup)
  • Milk (2 cups)
  • Water (1/2 cup)
  1. Put all of the above mentioned ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend and Done. Super Healthy :)
