- Bhogate (2 medium sized, peeled and cut in cube size)
- Yogurt (1 cup)
- Oil (2 table spoons)
- Fenugreek Seeds (1 tea spoons)
- Red Chili Powder (1/2 table spoons)
- Serrano Pepper/Green Chilies (1-2, finely chopped)
- Turmeric Powder (1 tea spoon)
- Salt (2 pinches)
- On a large bowl place diced bhogate first.
- Add salt, Serrano pepper, turmeric and red chili powder.
- Heat oil and fry fenugreek seeds until brownish black.
- Pour oil (be extra cautious) on top of mixture in step 2.
- Add yogurt and mix everything.
- Done!! But make sure to eat it right away otherwise this dish tend to be bitter if kept any longer. Too simple isn't it? :)
